Like a storybook, our life has a beginning and an end. It starts the day we are born. There are foggy and blurry memories at the beginning, and if we are lucky enough, we would have vivid and wonderful memories till the end.
Some stories will write our names and keep them for the past so that we will be lost in the past. It makes us feel lost, confused, frustrated, invisible and faded in the background.
Everyone wants to be the actor or the actress starring in their life. Imagine someone else to be the main character in your story. No one wants to be a shadow in their own life and story.
So hear me, life; I want to be in the heart of the present, starring in my own story and dreams, telling my story for generations to come. I don’t want to be lost in the past, and I want to feel alive.
