Perhaps you think life is too painful or wonder why you’re here and if you can handle everything. This is a typical reaction to a lot of life’s occurrences. Your feelings are real, even if you’re not entirely sure why you’re feeling this way. You don’t have to go through this alone; they don’t have to be permanent.
You are still alive as long as you are in pain. You’re still a human being as long as you make errors. And there’s still hope if you keep trying. To endure the suffering while having complete faith in oneself demands guts. You are accustomed to the agony that comes with living.
When Hassan turned to face himself on the operating table, the doctor had already finished the procedure. They all had left, and Hassan was alone. Hassan walked from room to room in the hospital hallways, searching for a solution and answering his questions. But instead, all he saw was grief and suffering. Finally, he stopped close to a chamber when he noticed a man standing while watching himself die.
Hassan finds a dead man standing on his cold, still body. His body looked pain-free and without any expression. The dead tells Hassan that he will do anything to experience that suffering once more. The pain of life and to be alive. The dead man reminds Hassan that he still has a chance. Hassan stood there clueless and confused. He tells Hassan that he must return, accept what you have, and fight. Liam Grey writes in his book about life and the pain accompanied by it.
